The number of available rentals remains low and demand continues to exceed supply, driving rents higher. Upon searching the MLS I found only 103 homes and condos for rent, roughly 25% of those were listed for more than $6,000/month. I found 10 listed for less than $2,500/month, 9 of which were I bedroom, I bath condos less than 800 SF. I found only 4 typical Conejo Valley single-family homes; 1,400 SF to 2,100 SF with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available for less than $5,000/month… and they weren’t fancy.
