The number of available rentals remains near all-time lows and demand continues to exceed supply, driving rents higher. Upon searching the MLS I found only 113 homes and condos for rent in the Conejo Valley, roughly 72% of those were listed for more than $4,000/month. Again, I found only 5 properties listed for less than $2,500/month, all of which were studios or one bedroom less than 700 SF. These statistics further demonstrate the need for more local ADUs.
